Restaurant Review- Golden Chariot, Vasai

January 5th, 2010 · No Comments · Dining

Golden Chariot is a chain of restaurants all across Mumbai, and their joint in the suburban Vasai, thankfully lives up to the reputation of the brand.

We had ordered chicken soup for the starters that came in around fifteen minutes. That goes to show, the service is prompt.  Fried rice, naan, kulcha and curry came after forty-five minutes. Not a big deal if you’ve had the starters. The food is tasty but not one that would make you eager for your second visit.

The ambience is good. But the music is not. Even after we’d requested for a change in music and if not possible stop it, nothing was done. So you see, the service is only quick but does not make you happy.

The pricing is apt. they charge you for only what they deserve. No worries about the parking. The spots are usually not taken.

Can go in for a decent and swift dinner…
